Minghua Lv


Minghua was the Business Manager at Amazon.com, where he was responsible for critical web metrics in customer acquisition, retention, churn and monetization. Before joining Amazon, he was a management consultant at Booz-Allen & Hamilton. He had worked in the Energy, Chemical and Pharmaceutical Practice in the firm’s San Francisco office, and the Asia Pacific Strategy Group in the Hong Kong and Shanghai offices. Prior to Booz-Allen & Hamilton, Minghua held managerial and engineering positions in global procurement, marketing and sales, central operation, and product development at companies including ExxonMobil Corporation, Genzyme Corporation, Vysis Biotechnology division of the BPAmoco Corporation, and China Petrochemical Corporation (SINOPEC). Minghua has an MBA degree from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, an MS degree in Chemical Engineering from Yale University, and a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from China Zhejiang University

Sammi Wang


Sammi has nearly 15 years of extensive experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical and biotech industries with great sales skills, business planing, markting analysis and cross-functional team leadership. She holds a MBA degree in University of International Business and Economics, also a English Literature Bachelor degree in Yantai University. Before join eChinaChem,Sammi was the sales manager at Global Sources, a leading business-to-business media company and a primary facilitator of trade with Greater China.

Yiwen Wu


Yiwen has 20 years of diversified Commercial/Marketing experience across multiple sectors in Healthcare Industry, with recent 10 years in the US AbbVie Inc. /Abbott Laboratories taking various commercial roles, and earlier 10 years in China market. Her expertise includes Commercial Development, Strategic Portfolio Planning, Market Research and Analytics, HCP/Patient Marketing, New Product/Market Launch and Market Access etc. She holds a MBA degree in Kelley School of Business, Indiana University, as well as a Biochemical Engineering Bachelor degree in China. She is also a certified market researcher with accredited University of Georgia.

Jennifer Jiang

Jennifer specializes in turning scientific ideas to commercial success as a product leader/project leader for innovative biopharmaceutical and biomedical research products. She has over 20 years of extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare industries, working for large corporations including J&J, Pfizer, Thermo Fisher, and Deloitte Consulting (Healthcare). She relaunched her career in multiple entrepreneurial pursuits two years ago after moving to the San Fransisco bay area, while also providing business consulting and other services to biotech start-ups. Jennifer has an MBA from Kellogg, Northwestern University and an MS in Molecular Biology and Immunology from Catholic University of America.

ZiHan has spent the last dozen years in the medical device industry across engineering, marketing, sales management and business development functions. He is currently the Managing Director for Perspective26, a boutique advisory firm focused on medical technology commercialization with specialization in market access into China. Prior to his current role, he managed Greater China and South Korea for Masimo Corporation, a global leader in advanced noninvasive patient monitoring technologies. He spearheaded aggressive turnaround efforts and grew the regional businesses significantly, setting up new presence in Shanghai, Hong Kong and Seoul and forming new partnerships with key regional hospitals. Prior to Masimo, ZiHan led strategic market efforts for Uptake Medical, a venture-backed startup focusing on emphysema patients. In his engineering days, he worked for Cirtec Medical Systems in the Bay Area and contributed to numerous projects for St. Jude Medical, J&J Ethicon EndoSurgery, Covidien and various cardiovascular and laparoscopic device startups. ZiHan earned his MS in Mechanical Engineering and BS in Biomechanical Engineering from Stanford University, and subsequently obtained his MBA from Harvard Business School.
